Today, 80% of the land in Uruguay is set aside for the sole purpose of raising livestock, giving cattle the ability to graze in lush fields all year. Uruguayan farmers raise Angus and Hereford cattle responsibly, on more than 27 million acres of natural pastures. With more than 20 American export-approved packing plants equipped with modern technologies, we provide a product that meets consumer demand for a healthier, environmentally friendly grass-fed beef.
